Cassidy & Andy | Upstate New York Wedding Photography

I’m grinning like an idiot as I write this.

Last weekend, Cassidy and Andy made a beautiful promise to each other in front of 140 of their favorite people on earth. They wrote their own vows, took communion together, said “til’ death,” and kissed each other square on the lips. It was perfect. A lot of people cried - like, a lot of people. I was definitely one of them, but I had my camera in front of my face, so you could barely tell.

This was a consistent theme throughout the day. Tears were flowin’ all over the place. I was blown away by the amount of emotion in the air. A wedding day is, of course, pretty emotional, and it was easy to tell that Cassidy and Andy love each fiercely. But on a grander scale, you could tell that every parent, bridesmaid, groomsmen, aunt, uncle, college roommate, and childhood friend was just so, so invested in them as a couple. Everyone cared so deeply and proudly wore those feelings on their sleeve. It was pure joy.

Cassidy & Andy, you are loved so, so very much. I hope these photos serve as a reminder of that.
